[Resolved]  Amit Singh — Customer Care Picking Phone Call but not responding, instead kept on desk

I called Customer care services to Ecom Express regarding one courier service, contact no.[protected] at around 1:20 pm when it was received/picked after around 2-3 minutes and they did not responded for long time instead were chatting with each other. Very bad customer experience.
