i booked a ticket from delhi to mumbai in punjab mail and my cousin brother booked this ticket by own debit card so at the time of booking my couisn brother address is presnt in ticket and his mobile no is also preset in ticket so i want that nothing will be worng in journey . i have my own id proof according to name and date of birth.so i inform to raiway depatment this matter. thanks!...

Customer Care Picking Phone Call but not responding, instead kept on desk

I called Customer care services to Ecom Express regarding one courier service, contact no.[protected] at around 1:20 pm when it was received/picked after around 2-3 minutes and they did not responded for long time instead were chatting with each other. Very bad customer experience....
