Amity International School — Fees not refunded

I took admission and paid 60000 in march for admission of my daughter in Amity Mayur Vihar, i was not given any receipt and registration number at the time of admission not even when the school was started . My daughter attended school for three days without admission no. and then i withdraw her from the school . After many follow ups i was refunded 40000 and still there is no information why 20000 is been deducted . no break up is provided to me . Looks my child was never enrolled . When i kept following up i was told that receipt will be given after 1.5 months, which is surprising . almost 4 months i am following up but there is no answer . I want refund of balance amount . Mr Surinder Bisht doesn't answer to our mails . It is a right of a parent to know the break of charges which they have paid along with the receipt . There is no answer why Rs. 20000 is been deducted from us . If we see the monthly school fees it is Rs. 5170 . so for three days why so much charges from us have been taklen and why break up is not provided . what is the challenge
