[Resolved]  Amity International School — The schools not providing the seventh pay commission salaries to teachers and employees

GOI has implemented the seventh pay commission hikes which came into effect from Jan 2016 onwards. The Amity International school has not implemented neither hiked the salaries as per the government seventh pay commission recommendations. The inflation has increased at unprecedented rate, with petrol and other commodities prices escalated by more than 200 percent in last five years. the school administration has remained insensitive to the demands and requirements of teachers and staff. It may be noted that the other schools in league with Amity, for example Delhi Public School, have already implemented seventh pay commission and appropriately hiked the pay and perks. The administration of Amity International School may be directed to abide by government directed seventh pay commission and in addition to hiking the salaries and perks be ordered to pay the arrears with effect from Jan 2016.
