Amity International School — security fee not refunded and notebooks lost

Withdrew my child in mar 2020 and the due to lockdown process was not started. After 41 email post lockdown opening on 18 jun 2020, process was started on 4th jul 2020 and yet they claim to need 60 working days to refund the amount and have lost my child's note books.
