Ammi's Biryani — Late delivery / worst quality of food

I placed an order at around 7:30 p. M. On 26/05/2016 via food panda app. Actual time of delivery as stated in the app was 60 mins. Hence expected time of delivery should have been 8:30 p. M.

Woow finally it got delivered at 9:40 p. M. The food was 100% stale, cold.

Is it the service ammi's biryani gives. When asked to cancel the order he says it can't be cancelled. Further with an attitude he says i will pay you from my salary and i will throw the food.

This is not the first instance with the vendor they are continuing the same again and again.

I returned the food but didn't receive any refund.
