I went to see Dr. Roy today. He asked to speak to Finance for OT. Finance asked me to talk to the doctor again. But after standing for an hour, I was not allowed to talk to the doctor for two minutes. I got the final mismanagement and abuse of the staff. Should this be used with a serious patient?
