Amul Dairy — retail outlet vendor not a businessman

complain regarding retail outlet of "Amul" at ghodasar isanpur canal road, maninagar ahmedabad. the vendor is so rude that he does not respect the customer and for a mere change of two rupees denies the sale and returns the customer without the stuff. Is he there for his own business?
