Today morning I bought pack of 100 gm butter, packed on december 2014 with date of expire 12 months from packing. As usual when I bought the pack, I tore the outer wrapper IN A SPIRAL MANNER AND THREW IT INTO THE DUSTBIN and found the butter spoilt. I took the butter to the retailer and asked for exchange. The retailer said there will be an exchange if the wrapper was returned. The retailer tried to convince me that the butter smells good, but I was not.I told that the wrapper is in the dustbin in pieces and its a common practise to tear the wrapper like this.I don't know whether these kinds of policy will help to satisfy the customer needs.I don't need my money back, please advice the retailers to check these kinds of practise as I always buy your products at that store only.
