Respected Team,
We have store in Mumbai malad(west) area, due to lockdown it was very difficult for us to connect with every company salesman and distributor.
Now things are better but still we are facing stock ordering/payment issues from your distributer side. Stock we order and stock we get is not 100 percent fill our requirement and salesman weekly visit at store not coming.
In April22 month Mr.Deep from distributor asking illegally 500/- charge against cheque payment by writing its own hand kindly refer to bank receipt attached file.
Mr.Deep forcing us to pay for bill in cash just because of human error while making cheque kindly refer to 9 MAY 2022 call recording.
As per telephonic conversation(9 MAY 2022 call recording) last bill 11 may 22 we paid cash 4290/-
Now today(19 may22) we got stock Mr.Deep is forcing us to pay cash only as a retail store we get very limited cash transaction but Mr.deep is taking us negatively kindly refer to 19 MAY 2022 call recording
