Hi,
This is an issue regarding rude and abusive behavior of Janta Chowdi, GIDC, Anand, Gujarat outlet person (near Charotar Gas)
This incident is of 14 April 2023. I enquired about various family pack ice cream, no family pack was available at their outlet. When I asked him why it is not available, he told me to go from here and get from other outlets by abusive words. The incharge name seems to be Pawan Singh Chauhan, His number is [protected]. He is very rude and seems to have no control. There is no system. The store is also not very clean. When I told them that I will make your complaint, they said you can do whatever you like. Nobody has any fear of any complaint as if they are the owners. Nobody cares about their work and nobody is bothered at all. THis is indeed not expected from a reputed organization like AMUL. The previous contractor was too good. His service was excellent. However it seems that AMUl needs to pay attention to their service. There has to be a system and at least the people should have some basic manners on how to talk to the customers and how to treat them. Somebody in AMUL has to take this responsibility. The stores cannot be handed over to such rude, unprofessional and incompetent people.
Looking forward to taking strict action against this outlet.
