I am frequently receiving milk (Amul full cream) which gets spoilt in 30-40 minutes of purchase. 1st incident on 14 April, 2nd instance, 18th April (Use by date: 19.04.22 as mentioned on the packet)
The consumer complaint helpline numbers do not work. there is no one to address the consumer's concerns. Amul is increasing cost of milk every 6 months and the quality is deteriorating. It has been the second instance in a week that around 6 kgs of milk has spoilt. It was freshly delivered to my local shopkeeper right in front of me so there is definitely a backend issue with milk quality. I need complete refund of my money that is gone waste and also compensate for the inconvenience. Amul should focus on providing quality product and not keep on increasing prices.
