Amul / Gcmmf — Stale rasmalai

I purchased Amul rasmalai recently which was packed in July 2023 and had mentioned best before Jul 2024.

but as i opened the pack it was stale and spoilt, i tried reaching the customer care but it never got connected.

Kindly address this issue on priority.
