I have been a loyal customer of Amul for 30years and have always appreciated the quality of your products. However, I recently encountered a distressing situation involving your distributor. They have been pressuring and blackmailing me to exclusively stock Amul products, which has caused significant inconvenience and distress.
I wanted to reach out to you directly to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding this matter. As a customer, I believe in having the freedom to choose the products I stock, without any coercion or manipulation. Such behavior from a distributor & area manager is unacceptable and goes against the values I associate with Amul.
I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the distributor & area manager involved. Additionally, I would appreciate a written response detailing the steps you will take to rectify this situation and prevent any recurrence in the future.
