[Resolved] Anand Rathi — Regarding equity transfer because of owners Death | |||
My father had demat account in Anand Rathi and in 2019 he passed away and since past 10 months I am trying to get his equity transferred to close the account. I have visited multiple times to my nearest Anand Rathi center since February 2021 but still there is no resolution. First even after my mother was there as a nominee I was told it won't get transferred to your mother because some issue was coming. So They told me to open a account and the equity will be transferred immediately so which I did in first week of September under my mother's name but it has almost been 2 months now. Everytime I visit or call the office I get the same response that it is under process. First of all it is really not at all professional to make people wait for such a long time. I don't know how this situation is getting handled but it has been now a really long time and I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Please look into this matter seriously.
