Ananth Gas Agency — Indane Gas Cylinder Delivery

Am INDANE GAS consumer through Ananth Gas Agency.
All delivery boys for these agency are quite fearless and do not hesitate to say at top of their voice that "Cylinder will be delivered IF AND ONLY IF WE ARE TIPPED. Unless our demanded amount is handed over, we will mark your door as locked and the booking will keep getting cancelled."

Is this a way to ask for a tip or is this threatened bribe converted to tip.

What is the process to get this controlled? This is an ongoing incident. Would expect a complete refund for this delivery and an assured action against Bribery act. This needs to come from Ananth Gas Agency and not Indane as they are the ones unable to control such acts of their delivery boys despite reporting them time and again.

Last so called attempt was on 5th Dec - When most o[censored]s were at home anytime on that day.
A cylinder from same agency was delivered at my adjacent flat in same apartment - Flat 102 on 6th Dec. This is when the delivery boy very well called it out that, we will not deliver cylinder at your place and will continue to mark the door locked until you present us the tip.

The best solution is to post your complaint in ministry of petroleum and natural gas portal of central govt. From there the complaint is directed to IOCL HO in Mumbai ---> IOCL RO in Bangalore. The field coordinator (IOCL employee in Bangalore) will take action based on your complaint and they can go to the extent to cancelling their license if you are not willing to take back your complaint.

Now the Gas Agency will hear each and every word of yours. This process will take time, around 3 months, but will resolve your issue permanently.

It happened with me, but not with this Agency.
