Hello Sir/Madam,

We gave complaint regarding money missing in our Andhra bank savings account but we did not get any response from the branch so we contacted Zonal office so they said we are going to verify it and get the information from your branch then will let you know. From 4-5 days we are trying to reach everyone but till now there is no proper and clear response from anyone. We are hesitated and gave complaint in consumer forum (ID: 1468158) and then we tried to reach the branch manager again then he said it was transferred to your loan account after that we verified the loan account which he said how much amount was credited but there was only one transaction done then where was the remaining two transactions? because of that confusion we asked him to clarify all those stuff. Instead of solving the problem the branch manager creating issue, threatening us to return the complaint from consumer complaints and send us email like we are satisfied. He also said that if you are not going to take the complaint return i will give complaint on you as not paying interest from 5 years etc, . what is this? we are clear and good with everything then who is he to threaten us? whom should we contact? after this we tried to reach zonal office again so he said that you gave complaint to consumer forum so we will answer them only, even if we say the manager was forcing and threatening us to take the complaint back by calling to our mobile also the zonal office official said i do not know anything about it and i am not responsible. As a higher authority they should take action on him and they should try to help the customer. if it was the service from them, they are not supposed to run the bank and do not give any loan. We need immediate action on all these things as soon as possible.

Three transactions were done in our savings account but when we verify through other branch the loan account was credited only one transactions then where were the other two? if we are not clear about our account and not satisfied why should we take our complaint back? we need each and everything clearly, upto my knowledge customer has right to ask anything about his account if there is a confusion.
