The petitioner submits, the issues and concerns posted below are seriously influenced by the Andhra Pradesh and Telengana state personal, request honorable high court special bench shall look into these in detail, these issues and concerns diverted several times from the source of land disputes, forceful acquisitions of lands and land ceiling, and hence concern raised for recovery of such benefits from the accused, mis-use followed in this jurisdiction. The issues and concerns are also diverted for involvement of the petitioner and his families in the agitations for separating Andhra Pradesh and Telengana States. The accused have kept many evidences stolen from personal records, changed the originals and intimidated many activities on the petitioner families. The petitioner and his families used for creating lot of jobs, acquiring properties, getting foreign visas, earning black money and currencies, involved and used in the settlements of international issues and concerns, escaped from investigations related to attachment to their terrorist related activities. Many doctors are moved to other countries without qualifications. The petitioner submits many false evidences are created to disturb his professional career and forced the petitioner attached to illegally operating organizations. One of these accused leaders proved involved in such issues and banned from contesting in elections through such allegations proved earlier. The accused leaders and his governments involved in over shooting budget expenses in the states and failed to retain the election promises. The accused leaders kept our women and family members with them to collect black money and bank balances, the petitioner is neither aware of these nor asked for, and the accused influenced and involved all the people in his families and diverted the issues and concerns as stated below: The petitioner submits, he has hailed from rich orthodox Brahmin community, and have grandfather had more than 130 acres land as per the revenue records, the petitioner referred these issues and concerns, to the court to have an evidence of such disturbances, mis-use and corrupting the truth, forceful settlements in the courts, sharing women, mis-use of the petitioner family girls for big international settlements. The said accused shall be prosecuted and sent for judicial remand till the posting of the judgment of this petition, for such provocation and try to influence for any further mutual benefits as stated above. The petition filed by the petitioner, under the Indian Civil Rights ACT 1955 Section3, Section 4, Section 5 and 1964, 1968 and act 106 of 1976 for mis-using families for forceful criminalization, forceful acquisition of properties, land ceiling activities, spread of attain of new culture, mis-use of worship places and temples, corrupting and adding evidences against the truth, mis-use of records, black mail, tried subject to bankruptcy, adding and supply adulteration drugs, transferring funds, and try to victimize the petitioner and families and to add under derogative disputes and offered benefits to the formers. The petitioner submits that it is an abuse and assault for our families to accommodate or live in this culture where they have not used to, as the petitioner and his family members hailed from rich orthodox Brahmin community, such people and agencies shall be warned and punished through law for provocation and intimidate such activities. Repeated removals and requests for resignation from professional jobs, changing the originals, job opportunity creation scams, political influence are all also part of such involvements and activity and the petitioner has evidences of such involvements related to his lands and his properties, formers of the villages of YB Agraharam and Manyapurtla. There are threats to kidnap and kill children our families, make women frightened and involved. The petitioner requested a judicial verification to find accused enforce through influences, show benefits as submitted and referred and reserve the civil rights for the petitioner and execute for further benefits as requested. Request to return the properties occupied by the accused, which are the properties of my minor child Somina Abhiram incomes related to his mis-use, Residential flat apartments complexes in Sai residency, and Sai mansion at the below address: Sai Residency-S2, Sai Mansion-S1, Venkateswara Nagar, Sai Nathapuram, AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. These properties said to be minor child Somina Abhiram’s mother 4. The Petitioner reserve the civil rights and request the court to add any new benefits or properties to the existing patta, as rights mis-used and diverted, under the panchayats of YB Agraharam, Manyapuratla and Gannavaram, based on the recorded evidences and witnesses from the accused parties and facilities 5. The file pending for trail and judgment at Madinaguda court file no: 405/2012 shall be cleared, as the formers of these villages involved in pulling these disputes the to court and to mis-use court judgments and to get further benefits creating new jobs, VISAs and other benefits 6. The legal notice issued to the organization Techwave Consulting Inc. shall be resolved without moving this dispute to the court, issue notice CEO and HR manager, as per the evidences submitted. Request for executing new amendments and benefits to Indian Law and add any new benefits and rewards to the petitioner 11. Request for retention of any right and harassment, at any level to file IPCs as the issues and concerns, discussed in the petition are mis-used or diverted as our families reserve the CIVIL RIGHTS or any benefits shown to the families or parties related to accused 12. Kapu community shall be warned for such black mailing activities and/or adding false evidences for diverting the original issues and concerns. 13. The court recommend, all the sources warned for mis-using and diverting the original issues and concerns, the court shall look into in details and recommend for what the punishment applicable, as the issues and concerns are diverted and mis-used as per the witnesses submitted and referred 14. The Court recommend, removal of reservations at all levels for the non-priest categories as referred and submitted evidence as mis-use of worship places and Hindu temples for the sexual abuse and brutal commits by the agencies, the agencies of the bodies are prohibited from such records for non-intervention, as these issues are provoked by the agencies for the said benefits and diverting from the original issues and concerns 15. The Court recommend, Muslim religion shall be warned if they want to live in this country, not to live on roads or shall also participate in facilitating and support jobs, not to enforce or promote terrorist activities 16. The court recommend the international issues shall be settled through proper dialogues or war, singing non-proliferation agreements, have currency exchange or transfer options. Not at individual levels. The court recommend for prime attention on food sourcing. The court also shall question why such massive offers were made, for whom are carrying external evidences
