Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Booking luggage missing- no updates on track No 43340881

Hi Team, we have booked luggage from Kurupam-Vishakapatnam on 5th May by www.apsrtclogistics.in and the track No:43340881. we did nor receive any update on this booking also raised complaint on 7th May and Complaint No is 198638. But still issue is not resolved, we did not get any updates from APSRTC.
Request you to please follow up with team and get it deliver as early. it is food item costs 3000rs it may get spoil on more delay.
