On 7th April 4:30pm travel from Kakinada to Eluru, service which was supposed to be garuda plus changed to garuda causing 1 hour delay in journey and also no refund in difference amount. Ticket number for quick reference 51866238. It was said that the service was in repair since previous day, but no relevant changes have been made in online portal as well.
