Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Changed bus at pickup point

Driver said bus is under breakdown and asked me to get into another bus 6781 which will reach my destination 1hr delay . irrespective of bus I have reserved.
Irresponsible behaviour of the driver to inform at the last movement waited almost for half an hour in bus stop.
