5539 bus conductor spoke with rudely. I asked him is the seat 45 booked or not. He allowed to sit and his related mates came, he asked to sit at last seat, i ignored to sit there. Firstly why he allowed me. It is not a reserved ticket, i can sit. He has not authority to sit any his relatives to sit there right. I asked the same to him, then he asked me to get out and take next bus. This is not correct way with apsrtc. How can take next bus i have to wait for 2 hours

I D. Rajeswara Rao booked a ticket on 09/01/2020. ticket was not generated but amount was deducted from ny account ie: Rs 1127-00. I contacted RTC immediately, they said that it will be credited to your account with in 14 days. but sofar not received. My transaction NO: [protected]. Kindly look in to the matter and do needful.

మేము ఇప్పుడు(14/02/[protected]అద్ధంకి నుండి ఒంగోలు కు వెళ్ళండానికి వినుకొండ డిపో బస్సు లో బయలుదేరినాము ఈబస్సు ఒంగోలు
రైల్వే స్టేషన్ వరకు వెళుతుంది. మేము బంగోలు
కొత్తపట్నం బస్టాండ్ సెంటర్ లో దిగాలి. కానీ కండక్టర్ బస్సు ఆపలేదు, మా బాథను అర్థం చేసుకుని ఇంక ఎవరూ ఈ ఇబ్బంది పడకుండా
ఎక్కడైనా దిగేందుకు అవకాశం కల్ఫంచ వలసిందిగా కొరుచున్నాను
