Sir I am shariff from kakinada...i hv booked a seat from kakinada to VIZIANAGARAM with service no. 8310.
Which has to be departure at 09.25am
...i hv reached bus station at 09.20...at that time the bus is already went...i asked in enquiry but he said he called me but I didn't get a call...my question is that how can he go before it's scheduled time...and how can I get my amount return
