Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — didn't call me during bus departure

I reserved bus (34609) on 6-december-2019 from b. N. Reddy nagar (Hyderabad) to macherla.
3:15 is my pick up time. I was there at the point by 3:10. I don't know where the bus stopped and the driver even didn't contacted me. When i try to call him he is not picking up. I couldn't able to make my journey. This is really bad service.
