Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Driver dropped 10kms after destination.

On 06/04/2024 reserved APSRTC super luxury service no 9235 from Madanapalle to MYDUKUR but the bus not went through MYDUKUR. After my destination passed 10kms the driver and conductor forced me to get down the bus .Iam unable to do anything. At the time when I get down the bus the time was 10.20PM no vehicle stopped there, Iam totally disturbed with behaviour of conductor and bus driver they not even follow their basic rules. Iam totally mad at the time, and reached home around morning 3.00AM.
Please look into this situation and take sivear action against them.
