I'm travelling today in Indra AC service number 6343 - Bangalore to Kurnool
AC is not working from the time bus has started.
This bus crew knew that AC wasn't working before the start time and never informed any passenger about it.
When we asked about it they are telling reasons that this bus has issues with AC
Why should I pay so much and travel without AC?? Is it a joke to spend so much and just adjust??
Is this the kind of service APSRTC is offering to it's customers???
When they say it's an AC bus, primary thing is the AC functionality.
How can they ignore and allocate the service???
Are customers fools to you ??? APSRTC????
Serious action needs to be taken to avoid such things going forward.
This is clear ignorance from the allocation department and cabin crew as they are least bothered.
Dear management of APSRTC,
Kindly look into this as it is related to customer satisfaction. If this happens often no one will be willing to avail services of APSRTC..and opt for others.
If you want to improve please allocate the buses which are in good condition. Else don't run the AC services at all, which really saves money for us. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
