Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Late time of arrival without any information

Today, I booked a ticket from vijayawada to tanuku. Express bus at 12:30pm, the bus arrival time is 1:30pm but the bus not came till noe 1:56pm they did not inform me about late arrival. I asked about the bus in enquiry place but they said they don't know.
