Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Not intimating the cancellation of service number 51031 | |||
I have an issue with the APSRTC ticket booking. I have not got any intimation call or message when the service bus no 51031 has been cancelled. After reaching the bus stand I came to know that the service had been cancelled. I had called several time customer care, Adoni depot enquiry office and depot manager, Adoni and even texted on what's app. I have received no response regarding this. In this regard kindly look into the matter and let me know why I haven't been contacted when service is cancelled. If it's done, I should have got message of cancellation and I have not received it. Even now, I have not received anything. In this regard, I kindly request you to provide the following information. Kindly provide the following details 1. Reasons for not providing service of intimation on cancellation of the bus. 1.Exact time and date of cancellation of the service number 51031. 2.Exact time and cancellation of ticket number[protected]. 3.Also, provide the documentary evidence for the cancellation of service and ticket number please.
