I have done a payment to learner's licence by scanning the qr code shown in the payment section using paytm the transaction of the money was successful but the application was not successful even tough the money deducted after sometime i paid using the upi id and then the payment was successful but the 1st transaction money was deducted from my bank account but it showed as payment failed ...so i want my money to be refunded right now Was this information helpful? | |||
