Hi Team,

I have booked my ticket from kallur (chittoor district ) to Banglore on 25/04/2023. I did not get any confirmation email on ticket booking. The status of payment is showing failed but the amount was deducted. My date of journey is 28/04/2023. Could you please help me in getting then booking confirmation email as my journey date is 1 day left.
