Dear sir, my husband name peddi dhanumjayarao with badge number 506520 has died in service on 3-2-2011.we both daughter bhavya Sri and wife venkatapadmavathi received pension till November 2015.due to not submitting life certificate we unable get pension from November 2015.we lost PPF and PF account numbers.
