Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Regarding charges for failure transactions | |||||
I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to nandyal dated 26/04/16 with reference number - [protected], and that was failure transaction, because of some network issue. Apsrtc says that 2.5% payment gateway service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation / failure transactions in e-ticketing. Govt encourages the people to book online and even charge for the failure transactions. There was rs 43/- deducted and the remaining amount was transferred. This is not customer friendly, govt encourges online without noticing these king of things. When the transaction was declined on 26/4 the amount was refunded on 8th may. The interest on this amount is also not paid and i have to mail the apsrtc for the refund and plead to refund the amount. When the transaction is failure it should be the responsibility of the gateway or the apsrtc to refund the amount rather than we asking them again and again. I have booked 2 tickets from podili for service no.5969.why you people are not taking care about cleaning the entire bus station was tooo nasty.please take care about cleaning otherwise people will afraid to come to bus station.21%

Sir, iam travelling from tarnaka to himayatnagar daily, , , most of the gents are occupying ladies seat even if bus seats are divided, , . what is the use of partitioned those seats if it is not use for ladies, , ??
