The incident is of 23/12/2015, bus was from bangalore to kavali . (departure time 9:20). me and my friend was travelling to kavali. I was first time at bangalore majestic bus stop. i had to catch bus from there. Since i was very new to that place i was searching for the bus. my friend got the bus and he told to driver to wait for just 2 min as i was near by 100 meter, but they were very rude . they rudely replied my friend to get down from the bus since the ticket was with me. so from 100 meter i missed the bus, and even my friend was insisting to wait for just 2 minutes. i have been travelling by other buses before but never felt such a harsh experience. nothing is organized at APSRTC bus stop, specially for non speaking telugu people. After missing the we went to APSRTC TICKET counter at bus stop, they also barely replied. I want my money back from APSRTC and please educate your staffs.
