Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Ticket had not booked but amount deducted

Hi, i have booked a ticket from Vijayawada to tirupati on 6th Jan 2023 via Apstrc Indra A/C bus seat no 21 for 7th JAN 2023, but amount had Deducted and ticket had not booked and amount had not refunded, request to looking in to my issue and refund my amount. Pfb screenshot for reference.
