Apstrc service no. 4792 (Indra AP39Z0167) was the bus we boarded . It’s origin is from eluru. The bus came a 10 mins late to our destination and we were very patient too. The driver called to our no. asking us to board the bus in the passageway where all buses go instead of the “ACTUAL PARKING”, we were patient then too, we went to the passageway as asked but the bus got some space to be parked on different platform ( diff from what we were told by the staff at the station). We went there too. We then told the person who assists the driver that we would need some time to go to the washroom, he said okay very kindly. We were in the washroom when the bus driver called and spoke like he was yelling at us. We took 5 mins for the washroom and then we got back to our bus, the driver was again shouting talking in a rude tone to my parent, to which my parent replied “ how can u park in another platform in the first place, why are you late to the station ” IT WAS REALLY A GREAT DISSATISFIED SERVICE that we experienced for the first time.
Please teach some manners at-least minimum of it to the drivers like this. Was this information helpful? |
