Angel Broking — Fund Not Transfer in my bank account

Hi. My name is Rishi Pal. My customer id is R416465. I have been trading in angel broking from past 1 year. I have tried to withdraw my fund to my Bank of Baroda bank . It is showing as releasable amount as zero but i have rs, 23368. I don't know when it will be credited. Also whenever, i want to withdraw money it shows in zero. I don't know why it is like that. Please help me
