[Resolved] Angel Broking — LOGIN failed-K310568 | |||
Hi there, I am writing/filing this complaint against "Angel Broking" after hundreds of attempts done to reach customer support. As I opened new demat account and got message my client Id- K310568 and password which I suppose to change. But when i tried to login error appeared " NO DATA AVAILABLE". This is very pathetic even worse when I try to call helpline number they disconnect call by responding that " Kindly contact from your registered mobile number". Now their system do not fetch our details from their internal data server secondly they say to us call via registered number. How is that possible? To my knowledge I come to know that to close a demat account is way difficult procedure than opening. They require number letter from bank which states our identity apart from Aadhar card.
