Anil Kumar — payment not made, request to refund

Hi, after completion of filing up my application for nios d. Eled system - teacher section. I made the payment of fees through debit card, united bank of india. The amount rs 4553.1 got deducted three times from my account but payment of fees was not made. Please look into the matter and fix the issue. Nios reference no. D[protected]. I am attaching two snapshot of transaction massages of three transactions.
