Ankush — I'm complaining about extra money charged during pass renewal

I renewed my bus pass of 1200 this evening at ECIL X road bus pass counter. The actual price of 3 months bus pass renewal is 1200 but they charged 30 rs more and claimed as service charge. This is happening to everbody here . Thousands of people renew their passes everyday and this charging 30 extra from this many people is not at all good. Please question them about this .
