[Resolved]  Ankush — service centre n't responding & doing bad behaviour

sir,
last year one the month of Oct '07 i've purchased a Nokia 6275 (CDMA) from Burdwan (west Bengal, India). Within 3 months I discovered that charger got faulty & as for I'had vsited local Nokia Service Centre to Replace Service Centre (Named: MOBILE UNIQUE). After handed pover all my details & faulty charger to replace they said that I'll get nw replaced charger after 10-15 days.

sir my question is after purchasing a nw h/s is charger got faulty in 3 months in warrenty then is there any rules that your co. cant replace is hand to hand ? Hope it's cant be, because Nokia its a reputted company, & in India peoples first choice is Nokia.

i just wanna lodge a compalin against our local Nokis Service centre. My model is NOKIA 6275. Its n't a rare h/s or its charger is n't reary. Because my ph supports all Nokia N-Series chargers. So service centre cant say that its too reary model thats for its was n't @ our stock. Even sir I 've already visited this same service centre with a N-Series discovered their horrorable behaviour with customers.


Sir I'm giving you my details & job sheet no to giving order them to replace my charger ASAP, because its my one & only h/s & its too urgent.As you know without bullet gun can't show its devil power, like that without charger h/s becomes dead. So sir kindly order thsem ti replace my Nokia 6275 charger ASAP.
