[Resolved]  Annamalai University — 023-M.com Degree not received after made online payment

Respected Sir,
I have Paid Convocation Fees on 19th November 2021 via online. I also sent convocation Payment Acknowledgement along with application for Degree Certificate and Provisional Certificate via Speed Post ED[protected]IN.

I am writing this letter as I need to soft copy of my Degree Certificate on urgent priority as my joining to the new employer was put on hold until I produce my a copy of my Degree Certificate and they are unable to consider my provisional certificate instead.

I'm getting no response to my emails and phone calls from the helpline numbers and email addresses given.

Please find the my details below and help me get the soft copy of degree certificate as of now:
