Anokhi Threads — Wrong product received from Anokhi Threads

I ordered a product from Anokhi Thread's website a few days ago with order id #7524. Today I received the wrong product. There is neither return option available on the site nor any contact number is present. Although the website says they have 7 days return policy. When I am trying to send a mail at their customer care email address, it's showing recipient inbox is full and mail cannot be sent. I want to return the product and get the refund as soon as possible. The original product looked beautiful and hence I purchased it whose price was Rs. 799/-. When I received the product, it is of very low quality for which anyone will not pay Rs. 200/- as well. I request you to solve the issue asap and refund my money.
