I have received a wrong product instead of tje item i ordered for rs799 and the delivered product is very cheap in quality.
I have emailed anokhi threads but no response is yet received. This is fraud.
Please help....

I ordered a suit few days back and today as in 18th of May I got the parcel I was shocked to see that the item was totally different then what I ordered. That item was not even on their site. I ordered a product from Anokhi Thread's website a few days ago with order id #7524. Today I received the wrong product. There is neither return option available on the site nor any contact number is present. Although the website says they have 7 days return policy. When I am trying to send a mail at their customer care email address, it's showing recipient inbox is full and mail cannot be sent. I want to return the product and get the refund...

Dear Anokhi

I had ordered an Anarkali set from your website anokhi.com which was of pitch color but I have received black color order (Anarkali suit). Which is not correct as it is completely different from what is shown in the picture. Fabric quality is also not good.
I am very disappointed with this, please accept the return of this order and return my cash as soon as possible.
