Ansal Api Infrastructure — URGENT - Pathetic Maintenance of Ajmer Ansal Sushant City

Dear Pranav n Sushil,
Ajmer Ansal Society Gegal is shortly to become an ADDA of anti social elements. The MGT headed by Vishal is found lacking the authority. Some points are below that NEED IMMEDIATE N.PRIORITY STTENTION BY PRANAV / SUSHIL or SOME SENIOR MOST IN HIERARCHY:
A. Security n Salutation.
1. There are cattle grazing all over Ansal uprooting the greenery. The owners are local who have threatened Vishal n his Mgt many a time. There are horse, buffaloes, goats, sheep, stray dogs n no road that is littered. There are two sweepers who never are seen cleaning the roads. Kids have been bitten by stray dogs.
2. There are very few steet lights that function. Replacement is no where in sight. The distribution boxes are not locked.
3. The entrants are not checked n boundaries are seamless. The sentries have no proper beats.

B. Hygiene n Sanitation
1. No sweeper to clean the roads jammed with litter.l
2. The water tank not chlorinated since ages.
3. Roads stink n accident prone. Not maintained for the last so many years

C. Tennis Ground, Park, Clubs maintenance under recreation.
1. Tennis ground is jungle.
2. Country Club had arrangements for pool n gym but the same is not renewed with Ramada.
3. Park n slides / swings are damaged by outsiders n dangerous to kids
4. Landscaping - the least said the better.

D. Water n Electricity.
1. Water ex Bisalpur ?????
2. Electric Distribution Box require locks.
3. Steet lights.

E. SFML site not working.

F. Maintenance Charges defaulters list n its progress by the MGT.

G. Nuisance by Aliens in Ansal.

H. Anti Social Activity by few in broad daylight.
Lots of people of a particular community gather and disturb the peace of Ansal. There are teenager kids n ladies etc. The sentries are witness to their nuisance but helpless.

I. Verification of people staying on rent.

J. Lots of people are not paying Maintenance because nothing much has been done to assuage the severe grievances of residents.

May the Ajmer Ajmeralites grievances be addressed at the earliest to prevent severe repercussion at a later stage. Kindly come over and check for urself.
