Ansal University, Gurgaon — Non Refund of Admission fee after withdrawal

This is in connection with provisional admission of my daughter Ms PRAGYA YADAV in B. Tech (CSE) programme in Ansal University Gurgaon on July 22, 2015. The admission was withdrawn on July 29, 2015 via email and July 30, 2015 through registered post (within a week tme). For this purpose, I had paid an amount of Rs. 34, 200. The university is not replying to my application. When contacted on phone, I have been informed that the fee cannot be refunded. However, in their provisional admission letter it was clearly mentioned that the fee will be refunded in case of withdrawal of admission in any case by any reason as per Ansal University refund policy. The refund policy is neighter provided to us nor it is available on the website. Therefore, I request for the refund of fee after deduction of nominal processing fee.
