Ansal University, Gurgaon — Refund of admission fees

I am shobhna Saxena.I have reserved seat in Master program in Landscape in the year 2021 by paying 30000 rs..Despite of several telephonic reminders and mails since past 10 months they are not responding..Most of the email ids are provided by them are incorrect. There is no single point of contact.The accounts department is not responding whatever number they have mentioned in the mails and even websites are not responding..I got number of Gautam Kumar from accounts department, First day he told me that he is not in the office.He will be available after 2 days.I regularly trying to contact him but he is not picking up his phone neither responding any messages on whatsup..This is very disgusting way of working..These university are make money by making people fool and grabbing their hard earned money..
I request to take a serious action against them.
