Antgirlcollection — fraud: order not received

I placed an order worth rs 249 with order id-38830. Order was to be delivered on 21st jan 2020 but is nothing delivered yet and the website of the company is not reachable the link is broke. The company appears to be a fraud. I feel cheated. Company people should be tracked down by cyber police and refund peoples money. Please try and resolve this issue. Please help me get my money back.
