Antgirlcollection — I have neither received my order nor my refund for ir

I ordered 3 dresses from antgirlcollection, costing 1180rs. My order was not delivered on the due date. When contacted the respective company, they did not give a proper response. Moreover, they said that my order was automatically cancelled about which no information was given. They started to scold me for no reason. I was told that i'd receive a refund which i haven't got so far
