Antony projects Lenid 36B என்கிற அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்பு முன் பதிவு

ரூபாய் 267656/- செய்துருந்தேன். கட்டுமான பணி தொடராததால் 17/10/2014 அன்று முன்பதிவை ரத்து செய்துவிட்டேன். பின்பு தொடர்ந்து அணுகியதால் 30/04/2016 ல் இருந்து 30/01/17 வரை தேதிகளில் 10 காசோலை வயங்கினார்கள், அதில் 30/04/16 காசோலையில் மட்டுமே பணம் வந்தத்து. 30/05/2016 காசோலை வங்கியில் இருந்து திரும்பிவந்தது,

இதை அவர்களிடம் அணுகியபோது திரு. சார்லஸ் (தலைமை அதிகாரி) இந்த மாதம் அடுத்த மாதம் என்று 30/01/2017 வரையிலும் காசோலைக்கு பணம் தரவில்லை, மற்றும் 30/05/16 காசோலை அனுப்பினால் அதற்கான பணம் வங்கியில் செலுத்துகிறேன் என்று சொன்னார்கள் ஆனால் பணமும் போடவில்லை அந்த காசோலையும் எனக்கு அனுப்பவில்லை, காவல் துறையிடம் புகார் வேண்டுமானால் கொடுத்துகொள்ளுங்கள் என்று கூறினார். ஆனால் நான் இப்போது ஓமனில்(Oman ) பணி புரிவதால் வலைத்தளத்தில் புகார் அளித்துள்ளேன் என்னைப்போன்று பலபேர் ஏமாற்ந்து உள்ளனர், அவர்களிடம் உரையாடிய பதிவுகளை மேலும் விவரங்களையும் இதில் இணைத்துள்ளேன் தயவுசெய்து இதற்கான நடவடிக்கை அல்லது ஆலோசனை வழங்குகள் என
மிக தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

Updated by Balaji Anandan My name is A. Balaji. I booked a Flat No. 36B in Karanai Pudhichery Village, Urapakkam on Jan 17th 2014 (paid One Lakh Rupees on this date) and Paid another around of amount (one lakh sixty thousand and six hundred and fifty six ) on Feb 19th 2014.

At the time of agreement, your team agreed to handover the Flat before May 2015. But i found the Building work is still in the same condition and did NOT see any further works. I enquired many times with your Customer care/Site engineer and keep receiving an improper response. Also i visited the site and found the materials are getting damaged badly. (Few photos attached with this email)

The building work is same as i saw in the Agreement period. So i am completely Fed-up with your service and process.

Now, please answer my below questions
11. 1. When the work begin?

2 2. 2. How long the process will go? Will i get my Flat on May 2015?

3. 3. If i did not receive my Flat on May 2015

Response my above questions immediately. I need to take decision in another 10 days.

Note: Also in earlier stage, your Sales person quoted me a Flat for 12 lakh and at the time of booking they increased the pricing to 14 lakh+. So i changed my plan and booked different Flat for 10 lakh. They are NOT even bothered to provide the correct information to customers. From the beginning, i am facing issues with your Service.
