[Resolved]  Antony Projects Chennai — Non completion and non delivery of flat even after 2 years

I have booked a flat in Antony Projects Guduvancherry Tremain project 2 years back. I hve paid more than 90 % of the money at the time of registration. As per the agreement they have agreed to complete and handover the flat within 12 months. But even after 2 years not completed and not handed over. No written response from them about the delay or about the stage of the project. Pl help me in getting the flat handed over to me
